Our duplexes have a guest toilet on the downstairs, a living room with kitchenette (basic kitchenware), table, chairs and LCD TV. The upper floor consists of an open concept bedroom with double bed (1.35m) and bathroom (with shower). Some of them have a balcony (subject to availability for booking). Spacious, bright and exterior flats. Approximate size: 62 square metres.

The cleaning service of the apartment will be carried out every 3 days. In case the client requests extra cleaning, the cost will be € 10 per service. Also, leaving the apartment in poor condition will also entail an extra cost of €30.
